Taieri

Director & Support Coordinator

I’m Taieri, and I’m the founder and director of Bridge & Bloom Coordination. After more than seven years working in the disability sector, I wanted to create a service that feels genuine and truly centred around each person’s individual journey.

I believe that quality of life looks different for everyone. My focus is on building trust and working with you to shape support around your own goals and strengths. I’ve stepped away from clinical, impersonal models of service because I believe support coordination should feel comfortable and human. Whether this is your first NDIS plan or you’ve had a tough experience with coordination in the past, I’m here to help you feel at ease and in control.

At Bridge & Bloom, my approach is all about empathy, clear communication, and walking alongside you as you navigate your plan and connect with the right services and supports.

Outside of work, I absolutely love travelling and learning about new cultures. Meeting new people and hearing their stories is one of my favourite things. I believe everyone has their own unique story, and I’d love to learn about yours.

Lana

Support Coordinator

Lana is bright, bubbly, and friendly, with 5 years of experience across the disability sector. Currently studying nursing, she’s passionate about helping people live healthier, more independent lives.

Lana values building honest, meaningful connections with her clients. She takes the time to listen and understand each person’s unique story, believing that genuine relationships are the foundation for great support and positive outcomes.

When she’s not coordinating supports, you’ll likely find Lana exploring new wineries, relaxing on a camping trip, or spending quality time with friends. At home, she’s kept on her toes by her beloved cats, Teddy and Winnie, who rule the roost with plenty of personality.
